Job Description

  • 1- Overseeing Production related tasks including planning control & trouble shooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules.
  • 2- Implement the working instructions to achieve the weekly production plans and providing managerial advice to the Plant Operations Manager in relating to optimizing equipments and manpower utilization.
  • 3- Providing regular reports to managements on operating results including interpretations & recommendations.
  • 4- Participate in Projects associated with plant extension and annual improvement plans.
  • 5- Manage & Supervise inventory counts and the reconciliation of raw materials and production.
  • 6- Provide Leadership and guidance to subordinate managers, supervisors and all other UHT Staff in order to ensure that UHT staff matters are handled effectively.
  • 7- Co-ordinate with Quality Control Department regarding product quality & New Product Developments.
  • 8- Plan & implement the strategic plans and Policies as stipulated by NADA Dairy.
  • 9- Maintain compliance with NADA Policies, Safety Standards, and Hygiene / housekeeping practices.
  • 10- Oversee Spot quality – control-checks to ensure that operations in process are in accordance with the established standards, NADA rules and ethical business practice.
  • 11- Assess the skills level of all sub-ordinates annually, Give and /or suggest training to bring sub-ordinates to the required competency level.
  • 12- Assess Sub – ordinate’s Performance on regular basis for purposes of periodical merit increases and staff promotion.
  • 13- Set and implement controlling program for waste reduction and working staff hour’s overtime.
  • 14- Liaise with maintenance Department.
  • 15- Take appropriate corrective &preventive action on identified Quality & Environmental Non Conformance Arising from Internal , External Audits And Market Complains .
  • 16- Assure that the appearance of the Department is up to the NADA Hygiene
