ü Be aware of which Salesmen call on your designated outlets and their
delivery times.
ü Be aware of the Sales Supervisors which call on these outlets and their
call cycles.
ü Be familiar with the names of the Store Managers and their relevant
Departmental Heads like Fresh Dairy UHT Supervisors in each store.
ü Ensure that all Merchandising Directives/ Policies are being adhered to.
ü Ensure that all Planograms are being adhered to.
ü Ensure that you remove all product from shelves before adding the newly
delivered items.
ü Ensure you clean the area designated for NADA products.
ü Have an updated list of all present and forthcoming promotional
activities.
ü Display all Promotion signs at the start of each Promotion cycle.
ü Display the correct shelf tags and correct price points for all NADA S.K.Us.
ü Should point of sale be available ensure it is used and when used
replaced at regular intervals so as not to have any aged point of sale at
any outlet.
ü Take additional spaces where applicable and as often as you can in your
stores.
ü Send Pictures to your Trade Marketing Supervisor of all your Displays
after each store you call to each day.
ü Sign in to each store daily and clearly sign the stores visitors book.
ü Ensure that the Market Intelligence Reports are being completed
timeously and then forwarded to your Trade Marketing Supervisor.
ü Ensure that your Merchandiser Control Sheet is being completed.
ü Attend all scheduled afternoon Merchandiser Meetings.
ü Monitor the advent of any new product launches from the opposition.
