Deliver the Sales Budget Weekly/monthly for Fresh and UHT.
Manage the Wastage and deliver the Budget target weekly/monthly.
Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up to date route
Ensure all customer data integrity is continually updated and correct.
Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity
and mix of saleable product to service their outlets on a daily basis as
per the company must stock list.
Ensure the correct visibility and display according to NADA ’Picture of
Success’ standards in all outlets under his supervision.
Conduct a minimum of 2 Route Riding’ in the market on route every
week to train salesmen and develop their skills.
Ensure the use of Nada TAB in the market Daily capture UHT Orders
and Cooler Data records to be captured in the TAB.
Review daily the service levels and sales volume and wastage
performance by route with each salesman in his team. This should be
measured against the salesman’s agreed route plan.
Responsible for the achievement of product distribution targets under
his area of supervision for Fresh Dairy Fresh Juice and UHT.
Responsible to deliver monthly sales volume and wastage targets for
his area for Fresh Dairy Fresh Juice and UHT.
Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control reconcile their
van stocks and cash deposit daily.
Responsible for the investigation and control of non-compliance to
company standards and policies
Responsible for TC and Credit Customer collections weekly Monthly
Credit Invoices to be verified Daily and stored by route Daily, and
Differences need to be highlighted Daily to Branch Accountant.
Insure UHT is loaded and sold on all Routes weekly
Develop New Business in the assigned territory for Nada and follow
the larger Head Office Customers to secure long term deals.
